Extend that summer feeling well into autumn with these quick, easy and refreshing frozen yoghurt pops. Use your preference of either dairy or non-dairy yoghurt but add the pure collagen peptides of vanilla be. to increase the protein content and keep you feeling fuller for longer. 

Simply stir through 20g of vanilla be. Health collagen and your choice of fresh or frozen berries in to your preferred yoghurt. Freeze in moulds for at least three hours or overnight. 

Note: For a flavour alternative add dried fruit and nuts or flakes of coconut.
