Shipping Policy

An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please check your spam filter if you have not received it within half an hour of placing an order. If you have not received it after this, please email us immediately.
All parcels will be delivered via Courier or Australian post (dropped at your letterbox or door).


Australian Domestic Shipping:

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Standard Shipping: 3-21 business days after dispatch.

Order delivery times are provided as a guide only and once shipped our reliance is on the service provider. Rural areas both in Australia may add additional delivery to the time frame. If you have any issues please contact us at hello@behealth.co and we will help to resolve delivery issues.

Prices and Payments

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns Policy

be. is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged, unused and sealed within 30 days of receiving the product.

The cost of the return will depend on the reason for returning the product. If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, we will send you a return label free of charge. 
If you have purchased the wrong product or would like to exchange a product, you will be required to pay for the return label.

Please contact our customer care team before commencing the return process at: hello@behealth.co. We will provide the address for the return of your unopened product(s) to us. 

Product(s) must be received within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. 
Although our aim is to create great-tasting products that work, dissatisfaction of taste or functionality does not deem the product faulty as results vary from person to person.

Lost/stolen packages

be . does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with the courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for the correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.
