Creamy & satisfying with all the heart healthy goodness of oats and added protein to keep you feeling fuller for longer. This is a dairy free variety but feel free to add what ever yoghurt and milk works for your tum tum. Can be made two hours prior if you forget the night before so don't panic. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of coconut yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 10gm chia seeds
  • 20gm of be. Health Vanilla Collagen 
  • Fresh fruits & nuts for toppings
  • Extra milk & cinnamon if desired

Method

  1. Combine oats, yoghurt, milk, chia seeds and vanilla be. collagen. Cover and rest in the fridge for a min of two hours.
  2. Serve with your choice of fruits, nuts, seeds, honey or syrups.
